This is a more dense cake compared to the Victoria Sponge recipe however its still light and airy due to how it is made.

I do not use any cocoa powder just High Quality melted chocolate , it may cost more to make the cake however it is worth it, as it tastes AMAZING and you can really tell the difference.

 

Goes perfect with homemade chocolate buttercream made with real melted chocolate !
